ESPN is reporting that multiple sources indicate Phillip Fulmer has agreed to step down as head coach of the University of Tennessee Volunteers at the end of the season.
Sources indicate that an announcement is being planned for Monday at Neyland Stadium and that a mutual agreement has been reached that it would be best for all parties did not return next season.
As stated on this blog last week, let the speculation about his replacement begin!

Word out of Auburn is that Tubbs will be asked to fire his entire offensive staff at the end of the seasion. If he complies with that demand, then he buys himself another year.
